The LEGOLAND® Florida Hotel is a five-story LEGO®-inspired space built for kids and parents alike, featuring 152 brightly colored, highly-themed rooms and suites, with thousands of LEGO® models and interactive play areas. The hotel’s addition allows guests to extend their stay and explore LEGOLAND® Florida Resort for more than just one day. The hotel guest rooms and suites have several themes, including: Pirate, Kingdom, LEGO® Ninjago, LEGO® Movie and LEGO® Friends. Each room sleeps up to five, including a king-sized bed for adults, and a separate sleeping area for up to three children, featuring a bunk bed and a trundle bed, as well as two flat-panel TVs. All rooms and suites feature LEGO® models and a treasure chest, which can be unlocked only by completing a hotel scavenger hunt.

A&ES brought its expert knowledge and skillset in iconic IP branding to the massive project. Through design, engineering, fabrication, install, finishing, and project management, A&ES collaborated with the on-site architects and engineers, all in pursuit of the same goal - the successful launch of the groundbreaking LEGOLAND® Florida hotel. This project was precisely estimated, carefully executed, and completed on budget and on time.
